RatingGreat environment. Wish the arcade was bigger. The lane we had was broken and kept resetting after every roll. Annoying but still had fun.
We threw my daughter’s 5-year birthday party here and it was a great experience. The young woman who helped us was thoughtful and proactive. She helped tremendously in making everything smooth and fun. I highly recommend this place. They have great ramps and guard rails for the youngsters and the lights, pizza, and beverages were also terrific.
Always have a great time bowling on the weekends with my grandchildren. Great friendly staff. Clean and happy Atomsphere! Bar and cafe serving fried food/pizza options. Didn't eat this time. Bowling Balls and rental shoes seemed very sanitized. Bowling area very clean. I didn't get the sweat smell you usually have at bowling alleys. Fun ambiance. 2 games and 3 people came to $55. Great weekend had! Love this place ! Will definitely come again. Restrooms were clean and lots of parking on the side as well as in front.

I liked this place. This was my first time coming here. I am so use to candle pin bowling though. But anyways the floors were clean the staff were nice and helpful. They sell food here and there is also tables and chairs you can sit down at. The inside of this place is big it has like 30 lanes I think. This is a ten pin bowling ally which means the pins are fat and the ball are big with holes In them. I came here on a date with this girl I met many years ago. But anyways the parking lot was big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. At first I did not do very well at this kind of bowling we had to use bumpers. Because like I said I am so use to candle pin bowling. But we both had a great time here.

I came to Springfield to visit family for the holidays, and on Christmas I brought the family here to bowl. The place wasn't too crowded so we had our own seating area to bowl. We had the last lane (#28) at first but the bowling machine kept on breaking, so the staff switched us to #27 and it was good for the rest of the time. The food took like 40 mins to come (they had a lot of orders), but the food is actually really good! We ordered two burgers, buffalo wings buffalo pizza, and curly fries. They were all really good. I ordered some more curly fries. My dad is a very hard food critic and he thought the food is great. I have been to many bowling alleys, and I'm starting to think the food at bowling alleys are pretty legit, better than many restaurants. The place is clean and the staff were friendly. We would come back again.

We had a great time here with the kids. I hadn’t bowled in a while. I loved how the bumpers can be set to automatically come out for certain people. Also the Dino ball slides for the kids are great, much safer for everyone.

If you want some good casual games I recommend Shaker Bowl! The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5-star review is the odd music selection that they played at the time as well as my experience with the lanes my group was using. We constantly had issues such as the screen freezing, the balls not returning, and at one point one of our balls returned down the lane next to us in the gutter somehow. But despite these issues the staff were VERY quick to fix these problems with no hesitation. The drink and food selection is great and the atmosphere does feel very comfortable. This review will be updated if my next experience there is more easy going.

Typical bowling alley, in a good way! Great spot to bring the kids, they have cute alligator ramps and bumpers for the younger ones. All staff was friendly and attentive, quick to respond to any issues. They keep the place clean and running smoothly. Can't ask for anything else!
Kind of outdated equipment but it is well maintained with great staff
I went there for my birthday, had a great time! Got a good deal. We played a couple games and it was a fun time. After we played we ate at there restaurant. The food was very good. The wings were amazing....only negative would be that the look of the place was outdated and needed some up grade. But overall was a good time.
Decided to spend an afternoon just my spouse and I. Place was clean. Staff was great answering questions. We watched as they quickly but carefully cleaned up any food items. We also witnessed employees actually spraying down the shoes between renters. The town has a mask mandate which the staff followed as did the majority if patrons. Furniture was set well for the space. All the equipment appeared to be in working order. Small arcade space, lockers, restrooms and drink bar available. Reasonably priced.
Fun place to bowl. Did pizza and bowl 7 of us with shoes included with pizza and a soda $85. Great deal!
Nice and clean modern family fun. A little pricey on Friday afternoons but worth it. But if you have a large family I would suggest going on one of those bargain days

Went with friends to Shaker Bowl for the first time with a Groupon - staff were super friendly, gave us plenty of time to socialize and bowl, and the atmosphere was comfortable and casual.
